Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. Once a purchase is made, it cannot be canceled, refunded, or exchanged. As a general policy, refunds are not available. However, a refund request may be considered in the following exceptional cases:
The product does not include a feature or functionality that was explicitly stated on our website at the time of purchase.
A feature was discussed with our sales or support team before the purchase, a demo was provided, and the final product significantly deviates from the information given.
If a refund request meets these conditions and is approved, it will be processed within 15 business days and credited back to the original payment method.
The following items do not qualify for refunds under any circumstances:
Digital product packs: Multi-product purchases such as bundles or special collections are non-refundable.
Discounted orders: Purchases made using a discount code or promotional offer are not eligible for refunds.
Bundle offers: If a purchase includes multiple products at a bundled price, the order is considered final and cannot be refunded.
Late refund requests: Any refund request submitted more than 48 hours after purchase will not be considered.
As our products are entirely digital, there are no shipping costs and no restocking fees associated with purchases.
